(If the boost compensator is provided, apply boost pressure.)
(3)Adjust the bobbin (A) so that the rack sensor's output voltage is VR+-0.01.
(4)At that time, rack position must be Ra.
(5)Apply G at two places.

Information:
start by: a) remove flywheel 1. Remove crankshaft rear seal with tooling (A). Make sure crankshaft does not have a groove.Install Crankshaft Rear Seal (Standard Engine)
1. Install tooling (A) as follows: a) Install the locator assembly (1) on the crankshaft.b) Put clean engine oil on the lip of the seal and seal pilot. Put 8M8059 Locktite Sealant on the outside diameter of the seal.c) Put the seal on the seal pilot with the lip of the seal toward the front of the engine when it is installed.d) Install the seal installer ring (3) and the pusher plate (2) on the stud of the locator assembly.e) Put lubrication on the nut and install it on the locator stud. Tighten the nut until the seal is at the bottom. f) Remove tooling (A).Remove Crankshaft Rear Seal (With BrakeSaver)
start by: a) remove BrakeSaver 1. Remove O-ring seal (2) from the face of the seal carrier.2. Bend the tabs of the locks from bolts (3) and remove the bolts, locks and sleeve (1). 3. Remove the seal ring from carrier (4).4. Remove carrier (4) from the crankshaft gear with tooling (A).Install Crankshaft Rear Seal (With BrakeSaver)
1. Make sure the outside diameter of the crankshaft gear is clean and free of foreign material.2. Put 7M7260 Liquid Gasket Material on the outside diameter of the crankshaft gear and let it dry. 3. Heat carrier (1) to a maximum temperature of 300° F (149° C) and install it on the crankshaft gear with the groove on the face of the carrier for the O-ring seal toward the outside. 4. Install seal ring (2) on the carrier. 5. Install sleeve (3) evenly on the seal ring. Install the bolts and locks to hold sleeve (3) in position.6. Install the O-ring seal on the face of the carrier.end by: a) install BrakeSaver
