Adjust using the screw (A) so that the timer stroke is the same as the value determined from the graph (B).

W-FICD adjustment
(1)Insert a block gauge L+-0.05 (mm) determined from the graph E between the idling set screw (C) and the control lever (D).
(2)Fix screw (D) at the position where the W-FICD lever (C) and the control lever (B) contact (Tightening torque T).
(3)Remove block gauge and shims after completing adjustment.
Caution: The temperature of the wax at adjustment must not exceed a.

Adjustment of the actuator
(1)Mount the actuator to the injection pump.
(2)Position the control lever in the idling position.
(3)Adjust with the nut (G) so that the space between the control lever and the rod is L2.
(4)Insert a shim thickness L between the control lever (A) and the idle set adjusting bolt (B).
(5)At that time, adjust with the stroke adjusting screw (E) and fix with the nut (F) so that the actuator stroke (C) is the full stroke [with P applied to the negative pressure inlet port (D)].
