Using either the Service Manual module RENR2287-02 (3608 Aftercooler Remove & Install), or SENR4259-09 (3606 and 3608 Aftercooler Install)as your guide, Remove the failed aftercooler from the 3606 or 3608 diesel marine engine.
Install the new 299-5625 core as. aftercooler, 7E3103 aftercooler flange seal, and the 7E3101 housing using the hardware and seals given in the parts list.
