PROBLEM
The Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) supply hose insulation for certain R1700 and R2900 Load Haul Dump machines may not have been installed at the factory. If the insulation is missing it needs to be installed. Without the insulation, heat from the exhaust module could cause damage to the hose connector.
