1. Adjustment procedures
(1)Insert the pre-stroke adjusting shims L1 for each cylinder.
(2)Adjust injection quantity.(max. var. bet. cyl. idling a1, full a2)
(3)At basic point A, adjust so that the pre-stroke is L2.
(4)Reconfirm the injection quantity.

Information:
Do not disconnect the air line from the air compressor governor until the air pressure is zero.
2. If the engine is in chassis, disconnect the air line from fitting (1).3. Remove bolts (3). Remove air compressor governor (2).Install Air Compressor Governor
1. Put air compressor governor (1) in position on the air compressor. Install the bolts that hold it.2. If the engine is in chassis, connect the air line to the fitting on the air compressor governor.Disassemble Air Compressor Governor
start by:a) remove air compressor governor 1. Remove cover (1) from governor. 2. Remove retainer ring (2) with tool (A). Remove spring assembly (3) from the governor housing. Before spring assembly (3) is disassembled, put a mark on bolt (6) to show the location of nut (11) for the correct spring tension at assembly.3. Remove nut (11), washer (9), retainer (7), grommets (4) and (8), spacer (10) and bolt (6) from spring (5). 4. Remove valve (12), spring (13), sleeve (14), valve (15) and spring (16) from the governor housing (17). Remove O-ring seals (18) from the sleeve. Remove the O-ring seals (18) from the sleeve. Remove the O-ring seal from the bore of the sleeve.5. Remove plugs (19) from the governor housing. Remove the filters from under the plugs.Assemble Air Compressor Governor
1. Put new filters in the governor housing and install plugs (1).2. Install O-ring seals (7) on the sleeve. Install the O-ring seal in the bore of the sleeve.3. Install spring (2), valve (6), sleeve (3), spring (4) and valve (5) in the governor housing. 4. Install grommet (13), spacer (14) and grommet (15) on bolt (11). Install bolt assembly in spring (8). Install retainer (9), washer (10) and nut (12) on the bolt. Tighten the nut to the mark on the bolt for the correct spring tension. 5. Install spring assembly (16) in the governor housing. Use tool (A) to install retainer ring (17). Install the cover on the housing.end by:a) install air compressor governor
