Information:
2. Remove two bolts and clamps (1) that hold the fuel injection lines on aftercooler cover (2). Remove bolts (4) from around the cover.3. Remove the cover and the gasket from aftercooler housing (5).4. Remove the bolts from left elbow (6) and right elbow (3).5. Lift the left elbow and sleeve (7) from the water (drain) connector.6. Remove the bolts and the nuts that connect the water inlet tubes.7. Remove the bolt and washer that hold the tube in the right elbow. Make a separation of the tubes and remove the right elbow from the upper tube.8. Remove the O-ring seals from the tube and from the (drain) connector. 9. Remove adapters (11) from the cooler core and the aftercooler housing with two screwdrivers as a force to remove adapters away from the O-ring seals.10. Remove O-ring seals (10) from the adapters.11. Remove bolts (8) from around cooler core (9).12. Lift the cooler core from the aftercooler housing. Remove the O-ring seals from the cooler core.Install Aftercooler
1. Put clean SAE 30 engine oil on all O-ring seals. 2. Put O-ring seals (2) on cooler core (1). Put the cooler core in position in aftercooler housing (3). Install the bolts that hold the cooler core to the aftercooler housing. 3. Put the O-ring seals on the adapters. With hand pressure, inltall inner adapters (4) over the O-ring seals on the cooler core.4. Install outer adapters (5) inside the inner adapter and over the O-ring seal on the cooler core.5. Put the O-ring seals on the water (drain) connector.6. Install left elbow (7) on water (drain) connector (8). Put the elbow in alignment with the adapters. Install the bolts that hold the adapters to the aftercooler housing.7. Put the O-ring seal and right elbow (6) on the upper water inlet tube. Install the bolt and washer that hold the tube in the elbow.8. Install the bolts and nuts that connect the water inlet tubes.9. Put the bolt holes in the right elbow in alignment with the holes in the adapter. Put the unit in position on the aftercooler housing and install the bolts that hold it.10. Make a replacement of the gasket and install the aftercooler cover and the bolts on the aftercooler housing.11. Install the two bolts and clamps to the fuel injection lines and the aftercooler cover.12. Make a replacement of the coolant in the engine.end by:a) install turbocharger

Install the bolts that hold the cooler core to the aftercooler housing. 3. Put the O-ring seals on the adapters.
