Caterpillar Inc. recommends that you retain all receipts and records covering the maintenance on your truck engine, but cannot deny warranty solely for the lack of receipts and records or for your failure to ensure the performance of all scheduled maintenance.* You are responsible for presenting your truck engine to a Caterpillar Inc. dealer as soon as a truck engine problem exists.
