This Program can only be administered after a failure occurs.The decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS52850" as the Part Numberand "7755" as the Group Number. Use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.
The information supplied in this service letter may not be valid after the termination date of this program.Do not perform the work outlined in this Service Letter after the termination date without first contacting your Caterpillar product analyst.

PROBLEM
The existing 232-1794 Injector Leak Off Pipe may leak fuel at the injector spigot interface on certain 320D 2, 320D 2L, 320D 2GC, and 320D 2L OEM C7.1 mechanical fuel system Medium Excavators. If a fuel leak is evident, the existing 232-1794 Injector Leak Off Pipe is likely to have a failure due to a split or crack at the end of the pipe.
