The information supplied in this service letter may not be valid after the termination date of this program.Do not perform the work outlined in this Service Letter after the termination date without first contacting your Caterpillar product analyst.

PROBLEM
Certain Reman 20R3323, 20R3322 and 20R3319 Injector Rocker Arms were assembled with the roller pin misaligned packaged before 15 June 2020. These injector rocker arms are also included with 20R9063 and 20R9064 Camshaft kits. The pin must be aligned to allow oil flow through the rocker arm.
ACTION REQUIRED
Inspect all 20R3323, 20R3322 and 20R3319 Injector Rocker Arms (Individual) and the injector rocker arms included in 20R9063 and 20R9064 Camshaft Kits in dealer parts stock.
Inspect the packaging date code on the individual rocker arms and cam kits.
If the packaging date code is before 15 June 2020, then open packaging and inspect the rocker arm or rocker arms. Refer to the inspection for individual rockers arms and rocker arms within a cam kit below.
If the packaging date code is on or after 15 June 2020, mark the packaging as inspected and return the part to dealer parts stock.
Inspection for 20R3323, 20R3322, and 20R3319 Rocker Arms (Individual)
Rocker arms without a paint mark on top (Image 1) are not affected. Mark the packaging as inspected and return per this program and returned to part stock.
